Dues are $240/yr, renewed on July 1. New members starting in the middle of the fiscal year will receive a discount on the remainder of the fiscal year, prorated to the beginning of the next year.

Members are expected to attend weekly meetings every Wednesday, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. In order to preserve the integrity of the group, in the event a member is unable to attend the meeting, they are expected to send a substitute. If a substitute attends, that member will not be considered absent. Absence from five meetings within a six-month period constitutes "unprofessional conduct". After five absences, membership is subject to review by the Board of Directors. Substitutes are encouraged to participate in the meeting, both for the member they are representing, and for themselves and their business.

Some meetings may be cancelled or skipped at the discretion of the board of directors. Occasionally, a meeting will be rescheduled to a different day or time to accommodate membership drives and/or other group events.

Members may invite guests to regularly scheduled meetings at any time. A prospective member may attend up to two meetings as a guest, for the purposes of evaluating the benefits of membership.

After a 15-minute informal networking period, meetings begin with all members and guests providing a 60-second "informercial" about their business. Following the 60-second portion is a longer presentation, which is given by a different member each week. The meeting concludes with the passing of referrals, as well as testimonials for fellow members who provided exemplary service on a referred job.
